I C E C O L D

As cold as ice,
As hot as a flame,
As white as a ghost,
There not the same.

Asleep at day,
Awake at night,
Lurking around,
For someone to bite.

So fierce,So strong,
And teeth so sharp,
They'll nibble your bones,
And rip out your heart,

In a dark alley,
Where most do meet,
Gathering round,
For a tasty treat,

Sucking your blood,
And biting your veins,
The sun doth arise,
And soon they will change,

With blood on there mouths,
With blood on the floor,
They try to hide,
But they are no more,

I've got one.....

.... here goes:

This is a poem of our little group,
if you don't like it, you're so full of poop!
Mistress Hellie runs this happy place,
she dreams of spike's chest- and sometimes his face.
Lessy gets messy, drooling for Viggo,
She often says "I think he's so neat-o!"
Then you have Wicca, who sometimes drops by,
A Buffy fanatic, with Angel in her eyes.
Booboo's gone missing, she comes and she goes,
someone tie a string to her perfect little toe!
Gael takes a beatin, it happens right daily,
after reading is thread, he goes for the Bailey's.
Fred is a woman, with the name of a man,
never mess with a redhead, she'll kick your can!
Theeny is hyper, and quite a good doobie,
stays up too late watching the mysteries of scooby.
Mona's a sweetie and not yet corrupted,
wenches soon will get to her, and then I'm fupp-ed!
This is the end, I've said my peace,
now to find a pizza, and steal a big piece!

I think I'm a little offended by the ring in my nose....couldn't toes have ryhmed with 'goes'?

A poem called I Remember by G.R.Batten (just love the phrase 'handholds')

I remember, waist high grass,
Swaying in that remorseless,
Urgent way it has, before a summer storm.
Do you remember that?

I remember, the soft trickling
Of warm sand through my toes,
The fragrance of the dark dunes.
Do you remember that?

I remember, cool sheets,
Soft pillows, heartbeats and
Handholds on the night.
Do you remember that?

I remember, long blond hair,
Brushing a shoulder
A cool look through lashes,
Do you remember me?
